Dr.Issariya Woraphiphat, Director of Siam Business Administration Technological College (SBAC), and the SBAC International Affairs team have participated in the Study in Thailand – Business Matching and Expo in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam held on September 12-14, 2024. The event was organized by the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), Ministry of Commerce, Thailand, and Thai Trade Center – Ho Chi Minh City. Dr.Issariya Woraphipha, Director of SBAC, along with 16 delegates from leading private higher education institutions such as  Asia-Pacific International University, Bangkok University, Dhurakij Pundit University, Dusit Thani College, Mahanakorn University of Technology, Nai Lert Education Co., Ltd., North Bangkok University, North-Chiang Mai University, Rangsit University, Raffles International College Bangkok, Siam University, Southeast Bangkok University, Sripatum University, Stamford International University, as well as University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce met with Miss Wiraka Moodhitaporn, the Consul-General of the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Ho Chi Minh City. On this occasion, both sides exchanged views on Vietnam’s history, lifestyle, and educational system to promote and enhance opportunities for Vietnamese students to study abroad in Thailand 

During the Business Matching event, many universities, agencies, and private companies in the educational field, expressed a strong interest in collaborating with SBAC on short-term and long-term student exchange programs. This collaboration aims to enhance the opportunities for Thai and Vietnamese students to gain international experience from prominent industries with global standards.

Furthermore, impressed by Thai culture and their belief in the Thai educational system,  many Vietnamese students were interested in studying at SBAC. They not only want to learn in the classroom but also seek hands-on experience, including opportunities to work in industries in Thailand, to prepare themselves for careers in the global workforce.
