From September 11-15, 2023, Siam Business Administration Technological College (SBAC) had the pleasure of welcoming a group of talented students from Politeknik Ibrahim Sultan (Malaysia) for an enriching Student Exchange Program focused on Food and Beverage Training.

The program offered students a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of hospitality with hands-on experience in coffee making, creating refreshing mocktails, preparing signature Thai dishes, and mastering the art of beverage service. This dynamic training not only expanded their practical skills but also gave them a deeper understanding of the global food and beverage industry.

In addition to the practical training, the students also took part in a cultural tour to Koh Kret, Nonthaburi, where they experienced pottery crafting—a traditional Thai art. This immersive experience allowed the students to not only enhance their culinary and hospitality skills but also deepen their understanding of Thai culture.

Through this exchange, the students from Malaysia gained invaluable international exposure, while SBAC students had the chance to connect and share their knowledge, fostering cross-cultural collaboration and learning.
